You must be over the age of 21 to view or purchase products from our site. Individuals under the age of nineteen who are caught attempting to purchase products will forfeit their payment and be subject to full prosecution under the law.

2. Under no circumstances will AtlasCigars.com be liable to me or anyone else for any damages or injury caused by the purchase and use of products sold on this site.

3. AtlasCigars.com and any other parties involved including but not limited to their owners', associates', employees', officers', affiliates', liability shall not exceed the cost of the product. Any and all other damages, direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive, are hereby excluded.

4. I do not intend to use this product for any illegal purposes or use your products with any other substance legal or otherwise.

5. I have clearly read, understand and agree to carefully abide by any and all cautions & warnings on this website and product labels.

Order Acceptance: 

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting and processing any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. 

Pricing: 

While AtlasCigars.com strives to provide accurate pricing and product information, pricing and typographical errors may occur. AtlasCigars.com cannot confirm the pricing of a product until after an order is placed. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, AtlasCigars.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mis-priced, AtlasCigars.com may, it our sole discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. AtlasCigars.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

All duties, taxes and licenses incurred while shopping at AtlasCigars.com are the sole responsibility of the customer. AtlasCigars.com cannot be held responsible (nor vouch) for any orders with pending taxes, duties or licenses.

SURGEON GENERAL WARNING

Cigar smoking increases the risk of infertility, stillbirth and low birth weight. Cigars contain and produce chemicals known to The State of California to cause cancer, birth defects and other reproductive harm.


MINOR COMPLIANCE

AtlasCigars.com will not sell tobacco or tobacco related products to anyone under the age of 19, nor will it sell cigarettes. AtlasCigars.com cannot be held responsible for minors purchasing tobacco or tobacco related products with a guardian credit card. By using the Site, you agree that you are at least 19 years of age. We use EVS (Electronic Verification Services) to make sure that you are of legal age to purchase our products. We apologize in advance but our system isn't always able to verify based solely on address and it may ask you to send a copy of your drivers license or some other method to verify your age. This doesn't happen often, but every once in a while it may be required. It's not that we don't trust you, we just have to keep Uncle Sam happy and do our due diligence. Don't worry, any sensitive information is never stored and your privacy is our utmost priority.


ANCILLARY COMPUTER EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES

You are responsible for and must provide all computer, telephone and other equipment and services necessary to access the Site. In addition, you are responsible for any access charges incurred through online services, telephone companies, or Internet service providers used in obtaining access to the Site.

Our liability to you, if any, shall not exceed the total of the invoice for services and products provided on the transaction in dispute. We shall not be liable for any damage that you may suffer arising out of use, or inability to use, the services or products provided hereunder unless such damage is a caused intentional act of AtlasCigars.com. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AtlasCigars.com Parties against all damages, claims, liability, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys fees, arising out of violation of any of the provisions of this Agreement by you or anyone accessing AtlasCigars.com under your account.


GOVERNING LAW

The Site is created and controlled by AtlasCigars.com, LLC in the State of Teas. The laws of the State of Texas will govern all terms, conditions and disclaimers on the Site, including this Agreement, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.

By working with us to create a custom band for your event, you are guaranteeing that you have permission to use any of the images. We are not liable for any issues that may arise from use of images in our bands. After your final approval has been given on the design, no further changes will be made. We are very proud of our work and love to show it off to potential customers. By having us design your band, you are giving us the right to use that design in future promotional materials including, but not limited to, brochures, our website, and all forms of social media. We always strive to put our customers first and provide excellent service, however we are sometimes unable to accommodate last minute changes due to time constraints. No returns can be made on custom orders unless there is an egregious error on our part. We know that you will be thrilled with your cigars and that they will be a huge hit at your next event, so we know that this won't ever be an issue!

 

 

ATLAS CIGARS DOES NOT SELL TOBACCO OR TOBACCO RELATED PRODUCTS TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21, NOR DO WE SELL CIGARETTES. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE AND ATTEST TO THIS BY ENTERING YOUR BIRTHDATE BOTH WHEN YOU ENTER THE SITE AND BEFORE CHECKING OUT.
