RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Keeping you happy is our number one priority. Returns are easy - if your purchase is damaged or incorrect, you may return the item to us within 15 days of receipt of your order for a credit or refund. Returns take up to 10 business days from receiving a return to process. Before returning the item, please contact us to let us know what you are returning and why. Then a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) will be issued. It is important that you make note of this number to include with any returns.  


HOW THE RETURN POLICY WORKS:

CIGARS — Cigars are very subjective, which is one of the many reasons that crafting wonderful cigars is such an art. Unfortunately this means that we cannot allow you to return a cigar simply because you didn't care for it. We put a lot of time, research, and effort into creating the best possible blends for y'all and we promise to only offer the highest quality cigars and tobaccos that we can find. Also, we are not liable for any damages the product may incur after it reaches you. If something is damaged during the shipping process we will do our best to make it right, however we cannot accept returns of items that were damaged after you received them. Please keep the original packaging to return with the item. We do not accept returns on custom orders. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
